It was acceptable. took rather more than planned, but I finally received my visa. When I had questions, customer service was helpful; nevertheless, wish the process was a little quicker. Still, far better than handling an embassy!

Not great! I flew to Thailand using Visabot. Everything went perfectly, except due of some trouble I had to re-upload my passport picture. Apart from that, everything is excellent. Would like to use once again!

Acted as intended. Not the fastest but far simpler than visiting a consulate. Within three days acquired my visa. Though generally not awful, may make a small improvement to the webpage.
